1. Acceptance
By installing the Dutix Chrome extension or using getdutix.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Dutix provides estimated calculations of EU import costs (VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees) for informational purposes only. All figures are estimates based on publicly available rate data and automated price detection.
3. No warranty on accuracy
Import costs depend on many factors including the exact product classification, customs procedures of your country, carrier policies, and currency fluctuations. Dutix provides good-faith estimates but does not guarantee accuracy. Always verify costs with your national customs authority before making a purchase.
4. Free service
Dutix is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future; any free features currently offered will remain free.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Dutix to:
- Scrape or automate requests to getdutix.com at scale.
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the extension for commercial purposes.
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dutix and its creators are not liable for any import charges, taxes, fines, or other costs you incur in connection with a purchase, whether or not you used Dutix's estimates.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
